We’re better together.

Latest information from the Government about the Coronavirus (Covid-19)

The personal benefits of volunteering are huge and can range from helping you to meet new people, keeping you active while unemployed, helping you build up new areas of your C.V., giving you a good reference and much more besides. If you are interested in volunteering please contact us.

We define volunteering as any activity that involves spending time, unpaid, doing something that aims to benefit the environment or someone (individuals or groups). Volunteering must be a choice freely made by each individual. If you are interested in volunteering please contact us.

What We Do

We aim to support, promote and develop volunteering opportunities within the Canterbury District. If you are a local charity, a voluntary or community group or not for profit organisation, a Public Sector organisation or Private Sector organisation, and are seeking volunteers, please contact us.

Due to the latest advice from the Government relating to the Coronavirus, we are currently ceasing our current operations but will continue posting updates relating to local provision and guidelines as they arise.  For more information please go to our News page.
